The Bulldogs took their talents to North Ridgeville for the JV SWC meet, south edition, on Wednesday night. Freshman Julia Candow shined as she pulled the double win in the 100m and 200m dashes. Candow also got a personal best in the long jump for second place. Freshman Lauren Kreitzer got second in the high jump with a new personal best of 4′ 6″, was second in the 100m dash and was apart of the winning 4×100 team along with sophomores Makayla Smith, Ally Rice and freshman Abbie LaRosa. Freshman Morgan Ciolek earned second place honors in the pole vault with a 8′ vault. Senior Tia Boscarello raced for second in the 300 hurdles. LaRosa also snagged third place in the 100m. Junior Sydney VanScoy raced for third in the 800m and the 1600m. Freshman Claire Weber earned third place in the 3200m and freshman Laney Ventimiglia jumped for third in the high jump. Rice also added a second place in the 400m. The varsity team takes to the track Friday at home for the 43rd annual Bulldog Relays.
