Bulldogs Fall in SWC Tri-Meet

On Wednesday night, the Bulldogs took Amherst and Westlake in the last regular season SWC match up. The Bulldogs fell to the two teams as they prepare for the Sandusky Invitational later today. Highlights of the meet included the Mary and Grace Piper and Colleen Thiel in the long jump as they took home first, second and fourth. Lauren Gumeny had a strong day placing fourth in the 100m dash with a new PR. Senior Sarah Makari took second in the girls 1600m run. Sophomore Maddie Boka placed first in the 100 hurdles. Tia Boscarello placed third in the 300m hurdles. The Bulldogs placed twice in the relays, taking second both times, from the 4×100 and 4×800. The Bulldogs travel to Sandusky later today.
